Piper, Inc. is an award-winning STEAM education technology company and creator of the Piper Computer Kit, a DIY computer for ages 8+.
The Piper Computer Kit, the company’s flagship product, blends physical building with electronics and gameplay in the virtual world, using the Raspberry Pi Edition of Minecraft. Earlier in 2021, the company raised an initial investment from Brand Capital International (The Times India Group Venture Arm) to bring easy-to-learn engineering and computer science concepts to students all over India.
Apart from the actual investment, Brand Capital has been very hands-on helping through the process and providing strategic introductions. Both us and Brand Capital are here to pursue the same long-term end goal - success for the business. We were able to have a meeting at the Consulate General of India in San Antonio, which is not one of those meetings that you lucked into. They've connected us with people all over India who can help us with production. - Shree Bose, Co-founder of Piper Inc
